Firearms are potentially dangerous and should be handled only by sane, responsible persons who have received and adhere to proper training in their safe handling and use.
You, the consumer, assume any and all risk associated with the purchase and use of all Barber Leather Works products.
Barber Leather Works Holster products are intended for use ONLY with the specific model firearm for which they were originally made. DO NOT use ANY Barber Leather Works Holster product in conjunction with any other firearm or accessory.
Barber Leather Works Holster products are intended for use ONLY with stock firearms as configured by their original manufacturer. DO NOT use trigger shoes, trigger modifications, extended safeties, extended slide stops, taller than stock front sights or any other accessory and/or modified firearm with Barber Leather Works Holster products, under ANY circumstances.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the holster and trigger guard are clear of obstructions prior to holstering the handgun.
It is your responsibility to know the laws in your state and locality pertaining to any product you purchase.
When first using your holster it will be tight, that being said, unload your weapon and holster it. Let it set overnight then unholster reholster a few times and wear it around the house a bit to break it in. DO NOT WET DOWN THE HOLSTER! If holster is still to tight wrap UNLOADED handgun in a gallon ziplock bag and shove it in the holster overnight. That should do it, if it dosent contact me.
In the unlikely event that your item should fail unexpectedly, we assume no responsibility or liability other than the replacement of the item.
FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAN RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH.
WARRANTY
All Barber Leather Works Holster products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship.
Exclusions:
Ordered wrong, or you changed your mind
Your wife thinks it should be pink
Normal wear and tear
Abuse
Failure to provide proper maintenance
Damage inflicted by small children or pets.
If you have a warranty request, please contact me. I will do my best to make sure you are happy with your purchase. However, I will not fix problems that are beyond my control.
